Policies
Terms of Stay:
The following rental rules apply during your stay and all guests must agree to abide by them:
1. No parties are to be held at the property. This includes hens nights, stag/bachelor parties and birthday parties.
2. All music is to be played at a normal and reasonable level to ensure there is no disturbance to neighbours. Minimal noise after 10pm and before 7am.
3. Parking is provided within the property driveway. Please park in the designated area and p
please avoid parking on the street.
4. All items including smart TV, BBQ, washing machine and dryer and all kitchen & bathroom items are provided to you for your enjoyment during your stay. Any breakages are to be reported to the owner immediately on the phone number given on checkin or via email to stay@middletonviews.com.au - if the breakages occur due to neglect or misuse of the property, the owner reserves the right to request full or partial reimbursement at their discretion.
5. Guests will allow the homeowner to access the property in the event of breakages or emergency repairs.
6. On checkin the owner will provide all linen including towels and bed linen. All of which must remain in the property and be accounted for when checking out.
7. All care is to be taken by the guest to ensure the property is kept neat and tidy and undamaged during your stay.
8. The maximum number of guests is 4 adults. No children are allowed at the property,
9. Check in time is 2pm on the arrival date as booked and paid for and Check out time is 10am on the departure as booked and paid for.
10. On checkout, the key is to be returned to the safe lock box provided.
11. No pets are allowed at the property at any time.
All emergencies during your stay are to be reported to the owner on the phone number given at check-in or via email to stay@middletonviews.com.au
Payment Policy
If payment is made by a booking engine such as Booking.com, Wotif.com etc, the payment is taken by the booking engine and all terms are in accordance with their terms and conditions.
If the booking is made direct, full payment is required at the time of the booking.
Cancellations
For all bookings made via a booking engine such as bookings.com etc, then the cancellation policy is the policy put forward at the time of booking.
If the booking is made direct to Middleton Views, the cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival date or earlier will not incur a cancellation fee and all monies paid will be refunded.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non refundable and no refunds will be issued.
Late arrivals will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the stay.
Cancellations are to be notified to the property at stay@middletonviews.com.au and/or to the relevant booking engine.
